Recorded at Honey & Spice on Monday nights in front of a small crowd, we invite the people we most admire from the food world to come over – cooks, waiters, makers, writers, drinkers, thinkers; we have something to eat, a glass of wine and they tell us their story of making a life in food. The talks are then released as a podcast, a good thing to listen to while you’re cooking your dinner.Listen to Series 1-4 here.
Honey & Co: The Food Talks at the V&A We are so happy to announce a mini-series of Honey & Co: The Food Talks in partnership with the V&A to celebrate their fantastic new exhibition, FOOD: Bigger than the Plate. Hosted at the V&A, these special recordings will be taking place on 25th June and 29th July.
FOOD: Bigger than the Plate explores how innovative individuals, communities and organisations are radically re-inventing how we grow, distribute and experience food. Taking visitors on a sensory journey through the food cycle, from compost to table, it poses questions about how the collective choices we make can lead to a more sustainable, just and delicious food future in unexpected and playful ways.
