An introduction to dips with Honey & Co! This class is the third session in our Summer School and will be held on zoom at 11.30am (uk time) on Wednesday 18th August.
In this class we'll teach you about tahini paste and how we use it in our holy trinity of favourite dips - tahini, hummus and baba ganoush - and we'll make some simple and quick ashtanur flat breads too. By the end of the class you’ll have a nice spread to serve as a starter or bring to a picnic. Once you’ve tasted your own dips you won’t go back to shop bought, we promise!
Once you've signed up we'll send a list of ingredients that you may want to have ready to get the most out of the class. You won't need any fancy equipment, but a food processor or hand held masher will help.
You can either cook along with us on the day or watch along and repeat at your leisure. The video will be saved for you to watch in future.

We will send joining instructions with a link - one link per household.
The video will also be available to all participants after the class, in case you're not able to join live, or if you want to watch it again.
