In this class we'll teach you our signature tomato salad, share our tips and tricks for making tahini sauce, rustle up a warm, spiced, chin-trickling, shirtfront-destroying aubergine shawarma, and we'll finish things off with delicious marzipan made with pistachio, cardamom & rose.

Once you've signed up we'll send a list of ingredients that you may want to have ready to get the most out of the class. You can either cook along with us on the day or watch along and repeat at your leisure. The video will be saved for you to watch in future.
This class will be held on zoom at 7pm on Wednesday 26th January.
We will send joining instructions with a link - one link per household.
The video will also be available to all participants after the class, in case you're not able to join live, or if you want to watch it again.
