Join chefs Sarit and Itamar at the grill for an intimate, hands-on class, followed by a family style meal eating everything you’ve made and more!
We'll start by building the fire, sorting our marinades and showing you how we plan the meal timings to bring everything together at the same time. While meat is often a staple at barbecues, we'll be giving fruit and vegetables just as much love, cooking a grilled peach salad, charring aubergines and toasting almonds, and plenty more on the grill.

- Chicken kebab - chicken marinated in sweet garlic dressing

Whole aubergine with chilli, tahini & scorched egg yolk (served without yolk for vegans)
Once everything is ready we'll sit down family-style to enjoy the fruits of our labour together. Of course there'll be drinks and dessert too (our cheesecake!)
If any of your family or friends want to join the meal, feel free to book an extra spot at the meal for just £60 (£30 for kids under 14) for those who enjoy the eating more than the cooking...!
