Barberries - A very sharp little berry (sharper than a cranberry). Use in grain salads or alongside more fatty meats. Can be soaked in juice or a sugar syrup or used just as they are. 125g Sour cherries - sharp cherries that add a great tang to your baking. We use these in our famous fitzrovia buns (sour cherry with pistachio buns). 250g
