 Ground Pistachios - make a lovely alternative to ground almonds, especially worth a try in marzipan. 125g

Ground almonds  - perfect for baking, a great substitute for flour.

Pine nuts - we top our lamb siniya with pine nuts but of course you can make pesto as well.  150g 

Vistozza currants - really nice currants for baking, hot pots or salads. Can be soaked used just as they are. 250g
