Peach, Tarragon & Fennel Jam
When peach season hits, we’re all about the fruit – sticky fingers, crates in the kitchen, and the smell of sun-ripened sweetness everywhere. This jam is our ode to those hazy summer days. The juicy peaches do all the heavy lifting, but the tarragon brings a gentle aniseed lift, and the fennel adds a warm, spiced finish. As a breakfast spread, it’s fragrant and a little unexpected. We make it in small batches, just while the peaches are perfect, so get in quick – it never lasts long.

Shelf life: 6 months in cool dark place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 2 weeks.
