Shipping & Shop Collection


We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days unless specified. If you need your order sooner or on a specific date, please write this in the order note section at checkout or contact us.

Orders with multiple items will be dispatched in one go when all the items are ready, this includes items on pre-order. If you require part of your order sooner, or if you would like to deliver gifts to multiple addresses - please contact us.

Orders over £200 qualify for free Mainland UK shipping to a single shipping address.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched. All orders are shipped by DPD, including gift cards.


Pre-order items

Items available to purchase on pre-order will be charged for at time of checkout and will be dispatched when ready to ship, along with any other items in your order.


You will receive an event reminder email the day of the event.


Shipping to UK Mainland

Rates for shipping parcels: 

All parcels – £7.50 flat rate – shipped by DPD Courier Delivery
Orders over £200 – free shipping – shipped by DPD Courier Delivery 

DPD transit time, from date of dispatch:
UK Mainland – DPD 1 working day
UK Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Scilly Isles - DPD 2 working day
UK Scottish Islands – DPD 2-5 working days

Once your order is dispatched, you will be contacted by DPD by email and text message with details of your delivery, down to a final 1 hour time slot.

DPD require a signature upon delivery. If you know you're not going to be in you have the option to choose one of DPD’s ‘in flight’ options, such as delivery to a neighbour or specified safe place. If a parcel is left unattended as a result, we are not responsible for any damage which may occur. Find out more on the DPD website here.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible if DPD is unable to deliver within the specified timeframe due to weather conditions or other circumstances not in our control, but we will do our best to help in these situations. 

Local Delivery

If you are based in London and require last minute/on-the-day delivery for your order, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange a courier on the day. Please note this may not always be possible.

 Shop Collection

Shop collection is from Honey & Spice, 52 Warren Street, London, W1T 5NJ. We will notify you by email when your order is ready. Please add a note to your order if you would like to collect on a particular day. Orders will be held for one week after the collection day. If you want to change the collection date, please contact us.

Shipping to Northern Ireland

All parcels up to 10kg - £15

DPD transit time, from date of dispatch:
UK Northern Ireland – DPD 2-5 working days.


If the country you’d like to ship to is not listed, please contact us on and we’ll help you place your order.


Shipments to the USA may incur customs charges, as per the local customs authority rules. If you are unsure of what customs charges apply to your order, please contact your local customs office. We are not liable for custom charges. If charges are not paid, or are refused by the receiver, the shipment will not be returned to us. We are not responsible for this, and we will not be able to refund your order cost.

Customs may inspect goods, which may result in a longer transit time. Please provide a valid recipient telephone number, to help ensure timely delivery.

Gift messages will be written on compliment slips and included with delivery, please include these in the ‘order notes’ section of your cart. 


We aim to display the appearance of our products online as accurately as possible. From time to time, we may make changes to our products without prior notice. The packaging of our products may also vary, but this will not affect the contents unless specified.


For all returns and exchange queries, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery –

Your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Perishable goods, e.g. cookies, cannot be refunded unless faulty.

Items must be returned within 28 days for refund or exchange, and you are responsible for ensuring the item is packaged to avoid damage during the return of the item to us.

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item; we will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will be applied via your original payment method. If the item was shipped as a gift to you, you will receive a voucher for the value of your return.

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item, unless it is faulty, in which case we will refund these costs along with purchase price once we have received it back.

Regrettably, sale items cannot be refunded.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us by e-mail on or telephone us on 0207 388 6175. So long as we receive your cancellation request before your order has been dispatched from Honey & Spice, we can cancel your order and refund you in full.
