Pear & Ginger Jam
This is a very soft-set jam that has lovely pieces of fruit and ginger and lemon suspended in thick syrup. It’s Itamar’s favourite from his days working at Orna and Ella in Tel Aviv so it holds magical memories. It’s always funny how a smell or taste can conjure such rich memories.

Shelf life: 8 months in cool dark place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 2 weeks.
