Savoury Spice Mix - our own Baharat Spice Mix
Baharat spice mix is predominantly cumin and coriander, with chilli and cardamom, but our house blend also contains a little of our Sweet Spice blend. It is excellent with meat and vegetables – try roasting a whole cauliflower in baharat and you'll be very, very happy.
