Ingredients: Soft wheat flour, candied Sicilian citrus peel (27%) (glucose-fructose syrup, lemon peel 26%, orange peel 22%, sugar), butter, sugar, fresh eggs from hens raised in ground (9%), yolk from fresh eggs from free-range hens (5%), natural yeast (soft wheat flour), Sicilian mandarin paste (2.1%) (mandarins (52%), sugar, syrup of glucose, lemon juice), Sicilian honey, invert sugar syrup, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, Sicilian saffron, vanilla, natural saffron flavouring.
