Sweet Spice Mix
Our sweet spice mix contains the warmth of cinnamon, cardamon, nutmeg, mahleb, and ginger. Used in a lot of the sweet recipes in our cookbooks, this blend can be used in cakes and bakes for a light spiced aroma – it can also be substituted for cinnamon in a recipe to give something extra.
