When elderflower season comes around we like to spend all our time picking as many blossoms as we can to use in cordials, jams and cakes. We like to preserve the season in this beautiful apricot and elderflower jam to enjoy year round, its lightly floral taste goes really well with the apricots, though we can rarely make enough jam to get us through the year. Grab a jar while you can.
Shelf life: 6 months in cool dark place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 2 weeks.
