Ceramic Pinch Pots with Sarit and Itamar - Tuesday 13th May
Join us on Tuesday 13th May for an evening with our very own Sarit Packer and Itamar Srulovich. Stepping out of the kitchen and into the studio, they'll be sharing their passion for ceramics with you in this hands-on practical workshop.
One of the first events in The Joy Season, in this workshop you'll hear from Sarit and Itamar all about the pastime they took up during lockdown and which they now obsess over in their spare time, and they'll teach you the basics of working with clay, along with pinching techniques. By the end of the class you'll have produced your own pair of pinch pots, which can be taken home straight away or picked up once fired in their kiln.
No previous knowledge is required, this will be a fun and playful class, where we invite you to try something new with us. Please bring your own apron or wear something you don't mind getting a little messy.

About The Joy Season
Honey & Co Studio launches in May with The Joy Season, the first programme of in-person events. With the single purpose of bringing more joy—because who can argue with more joy?—the season is all about taking up new hobbies, discovering new things, meeting new people, and exploring everyday pleasures. Sarit and Itamar will share their passion for ceramics—a pastime they took up during lockdown and which they now obsess over in their spare time—by leading a hands-on pinch pot making class, and they’ve invited a whole host of creatives to share their passions and pleasures through classes and workshops. From kimchi making to life drawing, from reading a good book to lino printing, there is something for everyone, all carefully curated by the couple.
